As you know America’s Auction Network – AANTV, is a customer service based, and driven business. Therefore YOU, our customers, deserve our undivided attention and utmost concern. For us, it is mandatory that every customer be thanked properly, we’re shooting for at least seven times. Finding new ways to show you our appreciation every day. And we do our best to take ALL of your suggestions, in the way of set problems, lighting and technical difficulties, into consideration. We want you to have the best experience with AANTV as possible and be totally transparent.
During your call in to register with AANTV we like to –
1 – Verify with you that the call is being recorded. This can be of benefit for both of us, safe guarding against fewer mistake – and therefore a good thing. Plus – it’s good customer service and keeps us on our toes.
2 – We do our best to explain the “Buyers Premium”. Auction houses like Christie’s and Sotheby’s charge a buyers premium of 10 – 20% to cover expenses. Here at AANTV, ours is just 10%, which is considerably low. If you win an auction with a bid of $100, the premium makes your total is just $110. The premium does not apply to show specials, called BUY IT NOWS.
3 – You’ll hear us mention our “Return Policy” – you are allowed to return items up to 10 days from the date received. If your items is not as described during the auction, you’ll receive a full refund. If you return an auction item within 10 days for any other reason or cancel an order, the 10% buyers premium will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee, at a minimum of $10, will apply.
Customer Offer Return Policy (ending in .50) – Customer offers are accepted on merchandise as a “side” bid. Buyers Premium does not apply but restocking fee’s at 10% will.
Here is a VERY important point – Items greater than $500 with tags removed are NON_REFUNDABLE. So take great care when your item arrives.
BUY IT NOW items are NOT subject to restocking fees.
Another very important point – Returns for Custom Orders or altered jewelry (including ring sizing) are not allowed.

4 – Just a brief reminder about the TV Broadcast Delay – Please remember that there is a 5 – 7 second TV delay between what’s happening at the auction and what you’re actually seeing on your television screen. When you call to bid, please make sure to focus on your telephone representative rather than what you’re seeing on the screen. For example – the bid might be $250 but, because of the delay, your screen may display a bid of only $200. When you are bidding and your representative tells you “last call” you must bid immediately to remain the highest bidder. By the time you hear “last call” on TV the item is probably already sold and you might have lost it.
